Kod preuzimanja robe od dostavljača prvo pregledajte da li je ambalaža oštećena te ukoliko je oštećena ne preuzimajte pošiljku nego dostavljaču skrenete pažnju na oštećenje i zatražite da proizvod vrati nama. Također provjerite sadržaj paketa, da li ste dobili sve što ste naručili te da li ima oštećenja i ukoliko uočite bilo kakav problem obavijestite dostavljača i odbijte preuzimanje pošiljke. Ukoliko preuzmete pošiljku smatrat će se da je ugovor ispunjen.
